HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can call 804-621-5894 to place your order. You can also place your order online by clicking on the products and pricing tab. Click the "order now" button. Please fill in the date and the equipment that you would like to rent  We will reply to your message to confirm your order within 48 hours.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

All orders should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Orders are not finalized until you receive a confirmation email confirming the date and time of your delivery. .

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

If the bouncy house can't be setup due to inclement weather or high winds then you will receive a refund.  If you cancel your event more than 45 days out you will have 60 days to reschedule. If you do not reschedule within 60 days you will lose your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 45 days of the event then you will not have your deposit refunded. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We require a $50 deposit to reserve a unit.  The remaining balance is due before delivery.  Any payments accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery must be made in cash.
