We are not currently delivering to apartments. We typically do not deliver to parks unless its a larger order or a city/county sponsored event. 

To rent an inflatable at any of the city parks including: City of  Richmond parks, County of Chesterfield parks, County of Henrico parks, City of Hopewell parks, City of Petersburg Parks, County of Hanover parks, you will need approval from the Parks and recreation department.    

If having the party in a common area of an apartment complex, pool area, community green belt or HOA park the customer must have consent from the property management company prior to reserving the water slide or bounce house. The city or county or management company will require that RVA Party Rentals add them to our insurance policy. As a result of this, there is a $75.00 fee when renting a unit at a park, HOA common area or and Apartment/Townhouse common area.

Most city parks do not allow the use of water inflatables, water slides, or dunk tanks.
